Public DevTools is not Admin DevTools.

The Windows product has no inherited SiloGrid admin routes, production session, server filesystem, SSH, terminal, database, rack, deployment, or service-control access.

Install the Phase 1 prototype.

The installer creates Start Menu and optional desktop shortcuts. SiloID-connected services and signed automatic updates are planned for later phases.
